
Arild Walter Gladmann Karlsen
Arild Walter Gladmann Karlsen graduated as a Psychology Major from the University of Oslo in 1976, with the highest grades achieved by any student at the university in this domain.
He has later worked with patients with developmental disabilities and challenging behaviors.
Arild Karlsen was in the seventies part of the founding body of the Norwegian association for Applied Behavioral Analysis (NAFO). Today Norway has the largest association for Applied Behavioral Analysis per capita inhabitants.
Arild Karlsen has been an invited speaker to several international conferences, and is invited keynote speaker at The fourth conference of the European Association for Behavior Analysis to be held September 9. – 12. , 2008, in Madrid.
Arild Karlsen is associate professor at Akershus University College, apart from his position in TIPO.
